![]() ![]() This app does the job perfectly, including storing presets. I got this app because the Logitech 930c webcam I use for zoom calls doesn't allow for any settings on Mac. Best investment to supplement my new webcam on a Mac: I'm going to basically copy and paste what another reviewer "Bob" said recently, because it 100% reflects my experience of this brilliant app. I wish the developer cared and fixed bugs reported here, but he apparently doesn't even read the reviews here.Īmazing! I use it with Logitech 930c and Zoom It is a good concept poorly executed and rarely updated, even though it's full of bugs. Sometimes it fails to save the advanced settings. So you keep switching back and forth and eventually you arrive at a completey black video feed. When I change the flicker filter between 50 and 60 Hz, with every change between the settings, it decreases the brightness a bit. Sometimes it forgets/changes settings on its own and I show up in a Zoom meeting with my bright red - until I open the app settings, reload the one that was supposed to be used in the first place, and then it goes back to the right settings. In practice, there are so many bugs (many of them described in reviews here), and the developer doesn't seem to care, so it is only borderline usable. I bought this to override the default settings of my Logitech webcam which were horrible for Zoom. * Your USB webcam must be working on your Mac properly (function normally with FaceTime, iChat/Messages, and Skype) before it can be used with Webcam Settings. * Webcam Settings support UVC (USB Video Class) webcam only FireWire camera such as external iSight is not supported.
